HOW IT WORKS

• SmartVPN® technology dynamically applies optimization, security, and bonding features only when necessary, ensuring peak performance and efficient battery consumption for the VPN.
• The VPN icon on the Status Bar signifies active VPN processes. Additionally, periodic notifications within the app reflect status changes during Wi-Fi connections.
• Data encryption occurs automatically upon connecting to Wi-Fi networks. Encryption exclusion for HTTPS content enhances speed, battery efficiency, and compatibility with diverse apps and video services.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• The disappearance of the Wi-Fi logo while the VPN is active—though you remain connected to Wi-Fi—is indicative of standard VPN behavior. Verify your Wi-Fi status in the iPhone settings app if needed.
• Perceived high data and battery usage for the app are due to consolidated reporting from other apps redirecting through Mobolize to manage security and connectivity. In reality, battery consumption remains minimal, averaging 0.1%.
• To report issues, access the Menu (upper right corner) in the app and select 'Report problem.' Provide detailed descriptions of encountered problems for effective troubleshooting.
